Usage process and usage precautions:

1. Do not add water, do not add other substances, and do not mix with other glues.

2. The glue thickness should be appropriate and not too thin.

3．Please press the hand seal immediately after brushing. If it needs to be left to dry, keep the glue still wet at the latest and press it before it is completely dry. During machine sealing, the speed of the folder-gluer depends on the speed. After the laminating roller comes out of the folder-gluer, check the lamination and curing conditions. If there is an opening, please adjust the speed or immediately laminate the open product or replace it with a faster drying product. .

4. After 24 hours of gluing the box, check the bonding condition. If the paper body is damaged, its quality will not change for a long time. If the paper body is not damaged, please check whether the operation process is appropriate or check whether the glue is suitable for the current operation process. If the damage to the paper body is not reached, please stop using this product for box gluing immediately. You can only continue to use it after the cause is identified and the damage to the paper body is reached.

5. For glazed carton sealing products, it is necessary to verify in detail whether the varnish and the printed matter are firmly attached to prevent the varnish coating from being disconnected after gluing. If the varnish layer is separated from the printed surface, effective bonding will not be completed. .

6. Before mass production, a small test with the same conditions should be conducted. If the product is put into mass production without a sample test, the resulting situation has nothing to do with Huacheng Company.
